Being an active competitor, Judge and Promoter. I know the importance of Posing. Once a goal is set to step on stage. The handwork, dedication and sacrifice is 90% of the journey. The 10 % is your day to step on stage and present yourself under the lights. If one doesn't show their hard work properly. The judges will not be able to judge correctly. The outcome could be devastating. Don't overlook how important posing is. Attending one of our workshops will allow you to learn from competitors who know the proper poses and can assist on how to perform them that complements your body. Keep in mind we all have different body types and shapes so a basic pose might need to be adjusted to complement your physique.
We hold the workshops monthly and will post them as available. Please register below to receive updates when they are scheduled.
Group or One on One
Group sessions $45 per register 1.5hrs
On on One/ Virtual $75 per register 1.5 hr session
