Unbroken Fit Criteria

*The Unbroken Fit is a special added Category at the Promoter's Option.

Considering Unbroken Fit? This is a male and female division. The competitor will show a noticeable fit and toned body and perform an athletic choreographed routine with music highlighting their skill execution, strength, and stage presence. 

The competitor will be judged on skills, strength/balance, muscularity, and routine.

Skills: Competitors will develop a choreographed routine incorporating skills to showcase their athletic ability. Some of the skills that one can display but is not limited to are Straddle sit, pike, split, handstand, push-up, side split, bridge, back bend, and cartwheel are just a few, but they are not limited. Forward or Back Flips where no feet or hands touch the ground are prohibited, as the performance will be on a hard floor/stage.  

Muscularity: Judges look at the overall display of muscle development, conditioning, and balance. We should not see extreme muscularity and condition. 

Strength/Balance: The judges will look at the competitor's flexibility, conditioning, and overall muscle development as they perform the skills

Routine: The competitor will have 2 minutes to perform to the music of their choice in an expressive style, highlighting their talent, skill, and strength in an entertaining, safe, and appropriate manner. The performance should be  G-rated.

There will be two rounds of judging. 

Round 1: Competitors will go through a T walk and show their overall level of muscularity and conditioning 

Round 1: Competitors will have 2 minutes to display their choreographed routine with music to display their total package. 

Attire: Women can wear a one-piece or two-piece suit or spandex shorts and a sports top for the T-walk—heels for the suits, sneakers for the spandex. Men can wear gym shorts, a T-shirt, and sneakers for the T-walk. For the routine for both. Spandex or regular material for shorts and tops. Sneakers
